What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply an enhanced state of relaxation in which a person’s subconscious mind is more susceptible to suggestions. In this state, a person’s subconscious mind is programmed to work in synch with his/her conscious aspirations. There are three basic levels of trance. First, is a light trance state in which an individual becomes very relaxed, but does not feel any different than when in a normal awake state. Second is a medium trance state in which an individual is completely relaxed and very receptive to suggestions. Third, is a deep trance state in which an individual will be most open to suggestions and less likely to remember the hypnotic state upon awakening. Your CD will allow you to experience a light to medium level of trance.
